| We all loved them. The Egyptian themed sets, in particular. So... discuss?

| WHO'S "WE"? *shot by Johnny Thunder* Anyway, I really don't remember the first sets that well, oddly enough. I even have one, I think... a really small one that basically only included Johnny Thunder and some accessories. I got more into the story (however much there was of it, at any one time) later on. Still didn't manage to get many more than three sets, though. Anyway, I kind of liked the Orient Expedition sets, other than that odd card game that I never got into. -|W|G|- | |

| Yes, I have to admit, that card thing was pretty messed up.

| Yeah, it always kind of ends up being that way. Knights Kingdom, Ninjago, etc... I mean, it's a pretty good idea, though.

| It may be a good idea, but is it good in practice....?
No.

| I never said it was. I kind of liked the whole "golden weapons" thing they had going in the Orient release. Not exactly fitting with history, but there were some good pieces from that. -|W|G|- | |

| Hey, I can hope. Ninjago's worse - ninjas on giant tops fighting with steel-plated skeletons on ATVs and motorcycles? Anyway, Johnny Thunder's hat was always one of my favorite pieces from Adventurers... I have three in old brown, but never managed to get one in black or red. -|W|G|- | |

| I, honestly, like the new Egyptian sets... But you can't beat the old Thunder Line.
Man, Ra, remember how we got, like, almost all the sets for those? Really loved the baseplates they made for the Chinese Palace or whatnot.

| I know, right? Well, actually, I would hardly know. Still, BIONICLE itself is weird - little biomechanical people living inside a giant talking robot buried in the ground for a million years suddenly emerge onto a desert planet after the talking robot's mind is switched with some noncorporeal villain's? Anyway, what. YOU HAVE ADVENTURERS SETS? O~O I REALLY wanted the Dragon Guard's heads from the Dragon Fortress. -|W|G|- | |

| Together, Arty and I own all of Oriental Expedition and I have most of the Jungle and Egyptian sets. There wasn't a card game, silly, there was a board game. It was actually an RPG and I'm dieing to use the basic system at some point... what Scoddy and Arty would rather play DnD.
Basicly, you roll a six sided sie to move around (moving the number or spaces to rolled). When you encounter a challenge, like an enemy or booby trap, you use one of your three modifiers (luck, speed, and skill, I think, but I'm not sure...), and add it to a six sided die roll. Your opponent does the same. Whoever rolls higher, with modifyers, wins. You can pick up gear to get higher mods, and vehicles also. The cards were stat cards for characters, obsticles, vehicles, gear, ect. It was actually very well done, as a simplistic LEGO RPG of sorts.

| It was a bunch of cards you used on some cheap cardboard playmat. Same difference. jk -|W|G|- | |

| I must have gotten them mixed up. The thing is, though, I never got enough Adventurers sets to make that sort of thing possible, and you had to buy one of the giant sets to get the actual game board. -|W|G|- | |

| Sure, I'll try some sometime... I hope. The thing is, you see, I'm not sure where to find the cards anyway. Or what they look like. Like I said, I don't have many Adventurers sets. -|W|G|- | |
