Appearance and Ethnicity: Of average height and weight, with unusually long limbs and short dark hair. Appears Asian, but ethnicity uncertain. General Description: Ferrax ne Yerros is an almost unknown loner. Nobody even knew of his existence until several years ago. He calls himself a mercenary, but will not accept any missions from anyone other than his mysterious "boss". He always dresses in odd armor, the origins of which is unknown. He has a strange connection to Geso Arrhakas, and will appear once a year in Otherwise's headquarters to talk to Arrhakas long into the night. What information he relays or receives in these conferences is unknown. He has no friends or allies except for Arrhakas.
Personal Weapons/Tools: He usually carries a saber (sabre).

General Description: Sir Matthew Fiere is a very important man in the British government, sometimes said to be the Prime Minister's right hand. Matthew was born in London, but has traveled all over the world. It is possible that Matthew also works with Otherwise, as he has been seen with their leader. Not much is known about Sir Matthew.

Personal Weapons/Tools: Fiere carries a Luger handgun at all times, and sometimes is equipped with a Saber. (Sabre)

Gender: Male, 37 years of age.
Appearance and Ethnicity: Pale skin, Blond hair and gray eyes. He is Russian, German, and possibly part Polish. He wears suits/trenchcoats and always has gloves and sunglasses when on-site at work. x x x
General Description: Wilhelm was born and raised in Germany. His father was German while his mother was Russian and part Polish. He lived a fairly average life, but is not married or seeing anyone. He doesn't talk much, but when he does it's usually quiet and thoughtful. At 33, he was hired at Otherwise, and has gone from a desk job to Security manager. He is in control of security in one Otherwise corporation, and carries a handgun like all the other guards. However, he prefers to use his balisong as his primary weapon, and is very skilled with it. A mugger with a blade killed his mother, and has promised never to be bested by a knife again. His father's whereabouts are unkown.

Name: Victor R. Coal
Gender: Male
Appearance and Ethnicity: British/American with brown hair and brown eyes (and often brown clothes). His clothes never seem to fir his tall, lanky frame, giving him a baggy appearance. His hair his only kept when at a social gathering or when meeting with a superior, but is otherwise long, unkept and greasy. He wears wireframe glasses.
General Description: Can you say "mad scientist"? That's what Alert has been calling Victor Coal for years, possibly to slander him for his book, "Multiverse: A Legitimit Look at Time Warps and Wormholes", which was so loosely based on fact it was incedently placed in Science Fiction for a while before Coal realized this and corrected the mistake.
Coal was born in England, where he spent five years until moving to New York, where he went from Kindergarden to High School labled "Autistic". He managed to get into M.I.T., where he studied computers, then physics, then chemical engeniering, and finally majoring in machenary.
He moved back to the U.K. and was hired by Otherwise, where he invented several experimental devices used in collages and laberatories to study the Speed of Light and Black Holes. However, Alert trashed his reputation, eventually provoking Otherwise to fire him to avoid more bad publicity.
Now, Coal spends his days inventing devices with great skill and of the highest quality - except completely useless, such as an infa-red lazer that sends waves slower than the speed of light. However, he recently had begun a myserious and possibly dangerous experiment involving the speed of light, back holes...
...and demensional travel.
(Although, knowing Victor Coal, it's more likely for Coal to accidently blow up the Earth's Core before World War III even starts than manage to create a functioning wormhole.)
Personal Weapons/Tools: A pocketwatch from the Victorian Era, just like his clothes.

I hope this is an exception of the rule "no insanity" - he's perfectly sane, just lightly Autistic - no speech imedimet or anything. Also, don't think Coal's demensional travel experiment is likely to suceed.

Name: Sol Felenit

Gender: Male

Appearance and Ethnicity: A white American with tannish skin. He has spiked hair and a scar running across his neck.

General Description: Sol is usually a calm person; he keeps to himself and wants others to as well. One would think that Sol is an absolute innocent person, untill you see his scar. When a local gang didn't keep to themselves and jumped Sol, he had killed all of them and burned their bodies in his fireplace. A deep gash was left on his neck to remind him of the event. He was arrested for his crimes, and sentenced to life. There he learned to calm himself and eventually tricked the guards into thinking he was dead, so he escaped. Now he wanders around the continents, nobody knowing who he is.

Personal Weapons/Tools: Sword, .22 MAG, and a small shield.

Affiliation: Other (Neutral)
