Just for fun, I had the bizarre idea of this topic, to discuss the glitches that crop up in videogames and online games. Fire away! Remember, you can talk about the glitches in LEGO and BIONICLE games here too.

Not always, though... Some glitches are rather amusing, such as in the LEGO Star Wars "Quest for R2-D2" game. Sometimes your character could turn white and faceless and have R2-D2s floating around its head permanently.

Or, even better, the later version of the game would sometimes have battle droids running off a cliff, standing in midair, scratching their heads, then falling down.

Yes, you do.

Can't guarantee it'll happen, though.

Plus, sometimes when your character fell off a ledge, you wouldn't die but would float off into space (it didn't matter if you were on a planet or spaceship, you'd float into space).

Sort of. You'd have to restart the whole game if that happened... I prefer the confused battle droids myself.

Halo 3 Campaign has a big glitch. If you play it, you'll find it interesting. On Floodgate, you're able to go out of the map and then..... walk in midair and walk through walls. I trick my friends by saying there is a Recon Skull in this one spot, and they end up dying.

Wow, that's a good one. Reminds me of Backlot, but that's an online videogame, so I'm not sure it counts... if I ever play Halo (which I won't

) I'll look for that.

A frequent glitch on the LEGO Indiana Jones II game is its reducing of your health to three hearts instead of four when you aren't even in a vehicle.

backlot? like in COD 4 I dont know too many glitches in backlot but Im familiar with tha crash bounce and pipline bounce also I can glitch out of and UNDER the map countdown

Sounds bizarre.

I'm not sure exactly what glitch you're talking about, though... you do mean on the LEGO Backlot game, right?

Also, another videogame glitch I've found is that sometimes on the LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga videogame, it changes your character from Count Dooku to Mace Windu for no reason when exiting the Two-Player Arcade...

Lego Batman!

Where:

-Batcave

What:

-Tech Suit glitch

Need:

-Mad skill
-Upgrade; "Decoy"

Characters:

-Nightwing
-Robin?

How:

1. Get the tech suit from the second floor of batcave.
2. Get into a place away from other characters/lots of space
(I use "Hero Trophy Room")
3. Deploy Decoy
4. Press "C" so that you change into the decoy!
5. Run away
6. You explode
7. YOU REAPPEAR AS NIGHTING/ROBIN! *cue victory music*
8. You can continue steps 3-7 as many times as you want.
9. Take over the Batcave with your Nightwing/Robin army.
10. Proceed to laugh evilly, attracting the attention of whoever might be in the same room.

Where:

-Hero Trophy Room

What:

-FLYING!

Need:

-Tech Suit Nightwing/Robin
-A lot of decoys (I'd say around 30)

Characters:

-Nightwing
-Robin?

How:

1. Make a ****-load of clones.
2. hop into the middle of them, on the right side of the room.
(With the windows shining in light)
3. Move around.

4. Now, one of two things will happen;

4a. The game will freeze, making a "DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" sound.

4b. You will briefly be catapulted into the air, and will be able to see trees, the sky, and parts of lawn.

5. Proceed to sing "I believe I can Fly" loudly, while making flapping motions.

6. If done right, these steps will help you fly, and scare someone out of the room.

Now that's one glitch. I think I might have to get the LEGO Batman Game.

On the LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga game, there was once a generic Cantina minifigure embedded in the rock above a door. But not only was he stuck in there, he was trying to run while inside the rock with his blaster drawn, six feet off the ground. Eventually, he suddenly fell through the ceiling and started shooting at me (I think I was a Sith character at the time) for no reason whatsoever.

What: Unlimited enemies to battle for no reason!

(w1: Grievous's Bodyguard[s] aren't unlimited, though.)

How:

h1: Set it to Duel mode and 5-Point target, in any "zone".

h2: Refer to the list below to choose a character to play as in the zone you chose.

Spoiler:

h3: Once you have chosen your zone and chosen to play as the character(s) listed for that zone, get ready! After a little while, unlimited copies of the character you chose from the list will start to appear. Have fun!

Okay, AF, I tried your LEGO Batman glitch. It is my official favorite glitch now.

Also, I discovered a couple of my own...

Where: the Mission Room of Arkham Asylum, on the LEGO Batman videogame

What: Something just plain bizarre.

How:

h1: Change into the Penguin.

h2: Wait for someone to walk into the middle of the room.

h3: Launch a Penguin Bomber at them.

h4: If you hit them just right, they will slide across the room, stand motionless for several seconds, then rush back and attack you. (This doesn't always work, and it's pretty weird, but I found it interesting.

)

Where: Level Hero 2-2, Batboat Battle

What: Unlimited points!

How:

h1: Play as Mr. Freeze's Iceberg.

h2: Enter an area with a Penguin Bomber Boat (the ones that lay mines and are destroyable by magenta Robin Missiles).

h3: Don't destroy the Penguin Bomber Boats with Robin Missiles!

h4: Freeze one (or both) Penguin Bomber Boats with Mr. Freeze's Iceberg.

h5: Stay next to them and continue to shoot freeze rays at them while they're frozen.

h6: Unlimited silver LEGO Studs will continue to flow into your stud counter, giving you unlimited points!

[h7: The Penguin Bomber Boats will eventually melt. But they'll continue to give you points if you repeat steps h3 through h5.]

Yes, it is.

I've discovered another glitch since then (namely, the Penguin floating up to the ceiling after being frozen), but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it again.

Lego Indiana Jones 2:

Where:

The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 3 Hub.

What:

NPC Driving a vehicle.

Need:
N/A

Characters:
P1: Ugha Warrior>Russian Machine Gunner
P2: Interdimensional Being/Akator Skeleton
NPC: Ugha Warrior
Vehicle: Ice Cream Truck

How:

1. Me and Ra went as Ugha Warrior and Akataor Skeleton to go get Russian Gunner.
2. I jumped into an Ice Cream truck to make the Gunner appear.
(You need to be in a vehicle and drive around for him to appear, which is another glitch.)
3. I jumped out of the vehicle and changed quickly into the gunner.
4. The Ugha warrior jumped into the Ice Cream Truck.
5. The Akator Skeleton was win.

Custom Level, Quick Play

What:

Piggyback ride!

Need:

-Colonel Dovchenko Unlocked
-Black Sleep
-A Vehicle
-2 Players

Characters:
P1: Agent Taylor
P2: Akator Skeleton
P3: Agent
NPC: Dovchenko

How:

1. Get a vial/bottle/jar of Black Sleep
2. Walk up to Dovchenko and hit him with it.
3. Walk Dovchenko a distance away from your character.
4. The other player must drive a vehicle over the the other player.
-YOU MUST RUN OVER THE CHARACTER THE OTHER PLAYER USED TO CONTROL DOVCHENKO
5. This character, if killed (?) will appear on top of the controlled character's back.
6. The other player still has control of (Dovchenko), but their other character will be on top of him.

I was aware of the first glitch. In fact, I've gotten it to work on other world hubs, with other characters.

But the second one... now that is win. Thumbs Up

Oh? Sweet.

Also, another funny thing, when you parachute out of a flying vehicle OUTSIDE of the hub, firstly, you get drafted back in (Obviously. ) Secondly, if there are mountains in your way, you pass right through them.

I noticed that.

I hope they fixed the glitches associated with the world being too big when they made the LEGO Harry Potter game... at least some of them.
