| | | LEGO Lord of the Rings sets announced! | Fri Dec 16, 2011 6:02 am by El Mago Muerto | Unfortunately BZP beat me to the story, but anyway...
LEGO has announced its plans to release sets based on the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. This is a multi-year thing, so LEGO will most likely be releasing several waves of sets, beginning in Summer 2012, continuing through Holiday 2012 and Winter 2013.
This is quite obviously awesome, if not in the strictest sense of the word.

It's that time of year again - that time when images of LEGO sets for the next year are either being leaked or officially unveiled.
As of the first revision of this post, images of the Winter 2012 Hero Factory and Dino sets have already been revealed, as have pictures of Collectible Minifigures Series 6 and 7. Preliminary information for Winter 2012 Ninjago sets has also surfaced, but …

| LEGO Universe Free Play | Sun Jun 26, 2011 9:57 am by El Mago Muerto | Hello, all!
So it's been announced that the LEGO Universe MMORPG (massively multiplayer online roleplaying game [though they usually leave out the "massively" and "roleplaying" parts]) will be offered as a free release come this August, allowing anyone to play within a limited area of the virtual world for no fee at all.
Players will be required to make their own avatar and will have similar (though limited) options for gameplay and building within the game. Some …[/though]

| Winter 2011 Sets Releasing | Thu Dec 23, 2010 12:44 pm by El Mago Muerto | Hi, all!
As you can see by the title, many of the Winter 2011 LEGO sets are out (sadly, BIONICLE is not among them), on LEGO.com, at ToysRUs, and a few other retailers. New lines include the first Ninja and Egyptian lines in many years, and the Atlantis and Hero Factory lines are continuing, as well as (of course) the licensed themes, including Harry Potter and Star Wars.

| New Harry Potter LEGO game! | Thu Nov 25, 2010 2:07 pm by phantasmicAssassin | The next LEGO game is here! The Harry Potter years 1-4 LEGO game. In my opinion the lego games have always been... Amazing to be put at the least. There creativity has always astounded me. The games are relatively fast paced, diverse, and sometimes even feel like a puzzle. But to my knowledge there are supposed to be much better graphics, more characters and items. I have never actually read the …

| LEGO Universe Releases to Pre-Ordering Fans | Sat Oct 09, 2010 4:52 am by Olórin | Finally, a story before BZP. PCWorld reports that the MMO which only recently (September 26) shut down its closed beta (which I participated in) is live for pre-ordering users.
From my experience with the game, I doubt it will be very successful for anyone but small children, but that's the exact group that LEGO has been aiming for for a while now. LEGO Universe now costs $40 to play plus a …

| Hooray for Another Web Serial | Wed Jul 28, 2010 2:14 pm by El Mago Muerto | Hello, all!
Another web serial happily has been posted to BIONICLEStory.com. You can read it HERE.
| Spoiler: | | | Despite it being a good thing that we get another web serial (and this one being pretty good just in the first chapter), I am personally pretty angry at Lesovikk by this time. |

| Various LEGO and BIONICLE Watches Available | Tue Mar 16, 2010 2:37 am by El Mago Muerto | Hello, all!
While visiting Target recently, I came across several new LEGO watches. As these had not been reported anywhere else, I took a closer look and found that there was a Space Police watch with an included minifigure, a BIONICLE watch with a Thornax launcher and Ackar helmet, and two different Star Wars watches (one with Darth Vader, one with aged Obi-Wan Kenobi). They appeared to be …
