So, here's a massive one (), but how do you like the image itself?

Yep, you got that one right. Matoran Civil War, here we come.

EDIT: And it's supposed to be blurry, I used Photoshop to blur it specifically. It's like... the haze before a storm.

I don't know about Tuyet/Nui Stone, but the Toa-Dark Hunter War and Teridax's takeover of the BoM were later than the Matoran Civil War (in fact, Teridax wasn't the Makuta of Metru Nui until after he stopped the Matoran Civil War).

No, actually, they've done a pretty good job. HOWEVER, they don't even HAVE an Archives Massacre or Iron Tribe Plague post-rank, so I can hardly steal theirs.

Well, for starters, your current post-rank is fairly small.

Okay, I know you're all going to do an epic facepalm at this newest one. I sure did.

But with this one, if I had done anything else, it would definitely be true that details would be lost.

Hey, hey, SpectRaKy. I've told you time and again, I can't find an option to place post-ranks below avatars. When I can, I will. Since I can't, I won't.

You see, also, SpectRaKy, you're doing the details backwards. If you're going to make the post-ranks, you have to do it in all the right ways, in the right order... Metru Nui (or, for that matter, any real country) does not become full-colored as it goes to war. Its colors wash out, the Metrus become darker.

ALSO, SpectRaKy, you forget that Jovan's team's masks are mostly unknown. As well, Jovan himself is an Inika combiner - how are the rest of us supposed to know, other than the caption, that some Kadin is Jovan? I don't just want the post-ranks to make sense and be the right size, I want them to be recognizable for what they really represent.

There is no maximum, there are only arbitrary limits and those who set them.

Seriously. I haven't determined the maximum. It may vary, depending on how I distribute the next hundred post-ranks.

And also, if it's an important event in BIONICLE history, shouldn't I make a post-rank for it regardless of whether there's a good image or not?

Nah, you're probably right. The ones before were bad enough, but this new avatar-sized one was the last straw. If necessary, I'll PM you the first bunch of post-rank names. I want the names kept, even if the horrible images have to be changed.

It's the generic picture of Destral from the BIONICLE Universe Guide, or whatever that book with Lewa Nuva against a gray background on the cover is called.

But the book was called "BIONICLE World". It was short, but it had this picture, so...

Uhm so.

Since changing my own rank to Major to fit with a theme that I don't have going anymore, I have made progress on the post-ranks... progress that can, in fact, be summarized by one number.

I have a few more images in the works, and I still do want better images for all previous ranks. However, I may actually begin work for the first time on improving the previous rank images rather than furthering the first-version ranks, as BS01 is out and I don't have any other good timeline sources.

I'm sure you'll all be very excited about this.[/mildsarcasm]
